Is this the appropriate venue for managing the design and implementation of the Kendra “Bulk uploader”?

While the two products have different needs and stakeholders, much of their infrastructure overlaps. Having them here together is a good starting place.
The key distinction for whether there should be a separate “bulk uploader” Platform category is whether or not we need two Product Owners: one for the Artist Dashboard and one for the Bulk Uploader. Perhaps we do!
So until we have a Product Owner defined for the Bulk Uploader project, and the two Product Owners understand how their work intersects, let’s keep these products united in a single backlog.
