Amendment to Rulebook by all members or by member class

Members need a way on the forum to independently propose and show support for proposed amendments to the Rulebook. As amendments must be published in the notice for a General Meeting, members need a way to propose and show support for such motions outside of General Meetings themselves.

ii. Members making up 10% of any member class may make a proposal to amend these rules.

iii. Member making up 5% of the total membership may make a proposal to amend these rules.

Section 28

Until such a method is set up, members can independently propose and raise informal attention and support toward amendmends, but it is up to a Board Member to formally raise the amendments for vote at a General Meeting.
