@Hakanto I think it’s OK to announce the board comings and goings in good faith, irrespective of any formal legal position. It’s how we have been reasonably acting and behaving as a board until now. We can use the (acting) suffix in a footnote. If it turns out under investigation that none of us were appointed properly as directors then so be it.
We will fix it with the registrar when the all rulebook changes are caught up and the forms go in.
We know this should be done properly, with preparations for elections, a nomination committee and the like… All more work to be implemented in the transformation plan.
@melis_tailored On the press release, there is some doubt if the announcement really is ‘public’ or not. It has been made in the Fundingbox forum, but you have to sign up (open to anyone to sign up) to see it. I have written to them to check. Meantime @angus is doing some separate great work on a website and landing page for Coop Credentials, so best not to hold the presses for us - sorry - we can save it for the next edition.
