The role of Spotify is to fix piracy and distribution. That role is not about paying artists and musicians.
I keep posting links to Resonate on discussion boards about the malaise effecting musicians, but I think people just feel safer dealing with what they know and already use -Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal etc…

Spotify and their active lobbying in the US Congress enrages me. I wish artists would de-platform. If many did people would go elsewhere if they couldn’t find their favorite artists there. More major artists need to stand up to them. With out artists they have nothing.
