Hi all,

I’m going to use this post to track product processes and link to other posts

Short-term goals

  1. Release code with transition from Wordpress
  2. Establish OKRs for Platform
  3. Establish standard processes for the following product tasks
    1. Visualize Roadmap
    2. Track epics and sprints
    3. Create/track backlog
    4. Request features
    5. Bug Logging/tracking
    6. Standardize ways for volunteer devs to contribute
  4. Establish high-level roadmap for 2022

As new posts are created and structures established I will keep this post up to date so we have a singular source of truth
