It is ideal that reports be posted in forum at least a week before the meeting, so that members have the opportunity to be familiar with the materials before arriving at the meeting.
Financial Report needed; approval of accounts
Our accounts for the previous year have to be approved by the membership before we can register them as part of our ‘Annual Return’ process to the Registrar. This is a legal requirement for our jurisdiction (Ireland - RFS - Register of Friendly Societies). - @Nick_M
