I attempted to cancel my Listener Membership earlier today and received error messages while doing so. After clicking the cancel button, I was sent to an error page. Upon attempting again, I was sent to a different error page. However, after I returned to my account settings I was shown this message, which leads me to believe my membership should be canceled, but I am uncertain.
Please confirm that my Listener Membership has been canceled and that I won’t be autobilled 10 EUR in August as scheduled. My account username is Hakanto.
