WHEREAS workers need regular commitment from their peers in order to work together effectively,
WHEREAS a two year window for making a qualifying labour contribution does not guarantee a level of engagement and dependability appropriate for Worker Membership,
THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT section 12.ii.e be amended to:
cancelled after six months without making a qualifying labour contribution
